🍝 Dough It Up Is Expanding
Dough It Up hasn’t even been open a full year, and the family-owned Cedar Park Italian restaurant is already preparing to open a second location.
Owner Mimoza Hajmeli opened the original restaurant in October 2025, bringing recipes inspired by her years living and working in Rimini, Italy. The scratch kitchen makes its own pasta, sauces, salad dressings, focaccia and pizza dough—which ferments for 48–72 hours before hitting the brick oven.
The menu includes homemade lasagna, Pasta Bolognese, Carbonara, Eggplant Parmigiana, focaccia sandwiches, brick-oven pizzas and tiramisu. They also serve Italian wine and beer on tap.
🏗️ The expansion: Dough It Up’s second location is planned to open in late August 2026 at 15609 Ronald W. Reagan Blvd., Ste. D160, Leander. That date is still an estimate, so we’ll share the confirmed opening when it’s announced. Read the expansion announcement.
