A new drink bar is moving into the retail strip at 14500 Ranch Road 12, the same stretch of RR 12 that's home to Wimberley Lodging and the Texas Health and Racquet Club. Hill Country Nutrition is setting up in Suite 20 with a simple pitch: skip the sit-down meal and meet a neighbor over a shake or a loaded tea instead.

What's coming. The menu centers on zero sugar energy teas and dessert flavored shakes, made to order in about three minutes, plus protein iced coffee. It's the loaded-tea-bar format that's popped up around Central Texas over the past few years — bright, caffeinated, sugar-free teas stacked with flavor shots, alongside protein shakes built to taste like dessert. The site bills it as Wimberley's loaded tea and protein shake bar.

Where and when. The address is locked in: Suite 20, 14500 Ranch Road 12, Wimberley. No opening date has been announced yet. The business's own website is already live, which usually means a soft open isn't far behind — we'll update this post the moment a date or soft-launch is confirmed.

Who's behind it. Not yet known. The website doesn't list an owner or operator name, and we haven't been able to confirm one through other channels. We'll add it here once we can.
