More Jersey Mike's in the area. The sub chain opened at Hero Way Crossing in Leander on Dec. 31, 2025, and has filed for a second Cedar Park store on W. Parmer Lane.
Hot and cold subs, sliced to order.
The Parmer Lane store would join the existing Cedar Park shop on E. Whitestone. Construction was targeted to finish in fall 2026.
What to order
Any cold sub, "Mike's Way." Onions, lettuce, tomato, vinegar, oil and spices.
A cheesesteak if you want it hot.
