Pastries and cake by the slice at Southbrook Station. Paris Baguette's Leander bakery cafe opened in May 2025 and anchors the bakery end of the center.
It's run by franchisee Sushma Koritala, who left a tech career to open it.
Paris Baguette has more than 4,000 bakeries worldwide. Leander was its 14th in Texas.

A second nearby Paris Baguette is planned at 901 Arrow Point Dr., Bldg. A, Ste. 103 in Cedar Park, with construction expected to wrap in February 2027.
