🆕 Costco (Liberty Hill) officially opened its doors on March 11, bringing a new food court and massive retail hub to the area.

🆕 Rowdy Cowboy (Round Rock/Georgetown Border) opened its largest location to date on March 13, featuring a full sports bar and restaurant menu.

🏗️ J. Alexander’s (Cedar Park) is scheduled to begin construction this month on a $4 million project at CedarView, targeting a Fall 2026 debut.

🆕 Longhorn Steakhouse (Liberty Hill) — Confirmed as a major tenant for the upcoming Ace Square development. This will be one of the first sit-down steakhouse options for the local community.

🆕 Bubba’s 33 (Liberty Hill) — A family-friendly restaurant specializing in scratch-made pizza, bold burgers, and ice-cold beer, also confirmed for the Ace Square development.

🆕 Desi Bites (Leander) — A new Indian fast-casual concept is preparing to open in the Ronald Reagan corridor, featuring a $500,000 first-generation restaurant finish-out.

AnTeNa Kitchen & Bar (Leander) - A new fine-dining establishment serving modern Indian cuisine blending modern dining with traditions of Andhra, Telangana and North Americain Leander. Owner Anil Annepuis says they are expected to open to customers in late March.

Shake Shack (Georgetown) — The popular modern "roadside" burger stand is transforming a 3,000-square-foot space with a full interior renovation.

Texas Roadhouse (Georgetown) — The first Georgetown location for this legendary steakhouse will feature a massive sit-down dining area and bar.

Cedar Park Cafe (Cedar Park) — An independent breakfast and lunch spot focused on hearty meals and freshly brewed coffee in a warm, welcoming environment.

Crave (Leander) - Owner Arun Serikar said Crave will offer loaded sodas, as well as six cookie flavors updated weekly.

Limegreen Southeast Asian Grill (Leander) — A fast-casual concept focusing on fresh Southeast Asian flavors, customizable bowls, and Vietnamese coffee.

Chuy’s (Leander) — A new ground-up $1.75 million project for the Austin-based Tex-Mex staple is currently under construction at the Ronald Reagan corridor.

Velvet Taco (Georgetown) — Known for globally inspired tacos and their signature red velvet cake, this Dallas-based chain is heading to Bluebonnet Plaza.
