📆 PopStroke (Cedar Park) has officially set its Grand Opening for Tuesday, April 21st.

🆕 Atomic Wings (Leander) is bringing NY-style halal wings to Southbrook Station in late May.

🆕 Cork & Barrel Pub (Leander) is now open at the Crystal Falls Golf Club as of March 19th.

🆕 Mojo Coffee (Cedar Park) — This family-owned regional favorite is expanding with a new drive-thru location offering wood-fired roasted coffee and signature frappes.

🆕 Shady Brew Garden (Leander) — An upcoming outdoor beer garden and food truck park in Old Town Leander that will feature live music, a playscape, and a dog park.

🆕 Holly Wu (Cedar Park) — A new upscale Asian dining concept from the team behind Lin Asian Bar, focusing on traditional flavors in a contemporary setting.

🆕 Pizza Depot (Leander) — A Canadian franchise known for a massive menu that includes Indian-style toppings like Tandoori Chicken and Paneer.

Longhorn Steakhouse (Liberty Hill) — Confirmed as a major tenant for the upcoming Ace Square development. This will be one of the first sit-down steakhouse options for the local community.

Desi Bites (Leander) — A new Indian fast-casual concept is preparing to open in the Ronald Reagan corridor, featuring a $500,000 first-generation restaurant finish-out.

AnTeNa Kitchen & Bar (Leander) - A new fine-dining establishment serving modern Indian cuisine blending modern dining with traditions of Andhra, Telangana and North Americain Leander. Owner Anil Annepuis says they are expected to open to customers in late March.

Shake Shack (Georgetown) — The popular modern "roadside" burger stand is transforming a 3,000-square-foot space with a full interior renovation.

Texas Roadhouse (Georgetown) — The first Georgetown location for this legendary steakhouse will feature a massive sit-down dining area and bar.

Cedar Park Cafe (Cedar Park) — An independent breakfast and lunch spot focused on hearty meals and freshly brewed coffee in a warm, welcoming environment.

Crave (Leander) - Owner Arun Serikar said Crave will offer loaded sodas, as well as six cookie flavors updated weekly.

King Trivia Night: Every Tuesday at 7:00 PM, they host a free-to-play trivia challenge with prizes and local beer specials.

GTX Downtown Social: They are a major participant in this monthly event (held the 3rd Thursday of each month). It’s a great neighborhood "crawl" where you can pick up an event passport at Therapie Boutique and end your night at Tejas to enter for prize drawings. The next one is Thursday, April 16th.

Expansion News: For your readers outside Georgetown, keep an eye out for their new outposts. They have officially announced a Round Rock location coming to 3001 Joe DiMaggio Blvd (near Dell Diamond) and another "Coming Soon" in downtown Taylor.

Butcher Bundles: Beyond the restaurant menu, they offer "Butcher Bundles" for home cooks. You can sign up for their email list on their website to get first dibs on seasonal specials and their periodic steak night events.
