Not your usual bar food. Wish Kitchen + Bar has been on Main Street in downtown Liberty Hill since November 2025, with almost everything made from scratch.

  • Run by brothers Bradley and Dylan Farr, with their dad, Mike Farr, who also runs Parker's Mercantile up the street.

  • "Most people are probably expecting bar food. We wanted unique stuff that would really stand out," Dylan Farr told Community Impact.

  • Full bar with cocktails, beer and wine, plus mocktails.

What to order

  • Potato pavé. Thin-sliced potatoes layered with butter, cream and herbs, fried, with Parmesan and Calabrian aioli.

  • Akaushi wagyu smash cheeseburger.

  • Shrimp tacos or the Korean BBQ chicken sandwich.

  • Wishpresso Martini to finish.
